Additional Terms for the LINK-Up Program

Use of our low income program is subject to Superpedestrian’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as these additional terms:

Superpedestrian's low income program is intended to provide reduced fares to eligible riders. Eligibility and discounts vary by city and low income qualifications. To qualify for and maintain your program access, you will need to supply continued eligibility documentation. Each city has its own specific rules and discounts, and you may only use the low income pass or discount code in the city where you registered.

You may only maintain one Superpedestrian rider account and you may not register for the low income program under more than one account. You may not sign in with a low income pass or discount code on more than one phone/device, and use on multiple phones/devices will result in termination from the program. You may not allow your low income pass or discount code to be used by any other rider, and you may not sell or transfer your low income pass or discount code to anyone else. Any fraudulent, illegal or malicious use of passes or discount codes contrary to the intent of the program will result in disqualification from the program and/or termination of your Superpedestrian rider account.

You may only use your low income pass or discount code for personal transportation and not for commercial or business use, such as for food, package or other delivery services. Superpedestrian may impose quantity or value limits on the benefits provided under the low income program to enforce compliance with these terms.

Superpedestrian's Terms and Conditions require all riders to comply with local use, riding and parking regulations. If you violate these regulations, which may result in suspension, penalties or fines, your access to the low income program will be terminated.  Any rides taken after disqualification from the low income program or in violation of these terms will be billed at the normal per minute rate applicable in the city. If you exceed the balance on your account, then any amounts owed will need to be paid before new rides can be initiated.
