NEW! Seattle Bike & Scoot to Transit Program

King County Metro is now running a pilot program in Seattle called Bike & Scoot to Transit, which gives riders discounts and free trips when they use shared bikes or scooters to connect with public transportation. Just end your scooter trip in the special parking zones near transit to earn benefits.

Earn discounts and free tickets!

Free transit tickets on the Transit GO Ticket app once a week

Park in one of the qualifying zones, and you’ll also get free transit tickets. Look out for an email from Superpedestrian at the end of the week with unique links for free transit tickets on the Transit GO App

Tickets include King County Metro, Light Rail, and Sound Transit. Just click the link you want and it will put your ticket in your cart free of charge in the Transit GO app.

You’ll also be able to earn Transit GO Rewards points, which can be redeemed for transit tickets as well as credits for shared bike and scooter rides.

  • Free tickets are sent to you weekly when you complete at least one qualifying trip.

  • IMPORTANT: Make sure we’ve got your email, so we can deliver your free tickets! To add your email to your Superpedestrian account, tap on Settings in the menu.

  • All transit tickets distributed through this pilot expire March 31, 2023.

Up to $8 discount for qualifying scooter trips

  1. Park in one of the qualifying parking areas near transit. Look out for one of the 15 special green parking zones in the app. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you tap on the zone on the map and see the $8 incentive.

  2. You’ll automatically get a wallet bonus of up to $8 in the Superpedestrian app for your next scooter ride.

Be sure to park in the designated parking areas marked with a P at light rail stations.

Please note - if your trip to the parking zone costs more than $8, your wallet credit will show up automatically. If your qualifying trip is less than $8, not to worry - your wallet credit will show up within 24 hours.

Find a qualifying parking zone

To earn discounts and free tickets, just park at a qualifying transit hub. These parking areas are shown in the Superpedestrian app - look for the green Preferred Parking hubs with an $8 value.
