If you were unsatisfied with your experience using a Superpedestrian vehicle, or with our vehicles in your community, our team will work with you to find a resolution quickly.

When to Expect a Response 

Once a complaint has been received by Superpedestrian, our team will respond with acknowledgement of your submission within 24 to 48 hours.

Submission Review and Outcomes

Once a review of your complaint has been completed, Superpedestrian will contact you with an appropriate resolution and outcome.  In our response we will provide you with the decisions that have been made, any remedy or resolutions or options for further review that may be available to you.
