Passes

Whether you’re a daily commuter or a traveler visiting a new city, Superpedestrian Passes let you ride more for a lot less.

How it works:

  • Tap on Passes in the app menu to buy a Pass

  • After buying your Pass, start your ride as usual

  • The Day Pass is good for 24 hours and the price includes a set number of rides. Terms vary by location and your Day Pass can be used only in the city where purchased.

  • The Weekly Pass is good for 7 days and the price includes a set number of rides. Terms vary by location and your Weekly Pass can be used only in the city where purchased.

Where can I use Passes?

Passes are available in select cities. To find out if Passes are in your city, update your Superpedestrian app to the latest version and look for Passes in the the menu to view Pass options in your city.

Buying a Pass

Tap on Passes in the menu to view the Pass options in your city. You will need a payment card to buy a Pass. Promo codes and wallet cash cannot be used to purchase a Pass. Once you purchase the Pass, view it by clicking on Passes in the menu.

Riding with your Pass

Start your ride as usual. Each pass has a set number of minutes included per ride! You’ll be charged the standard rate in your city for each additional minute. Enjoy your ride!

Can I renew my Pass?

Yes, simply purchase another Pass after your Pass expires. Passes do not renew automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Pass purchases are non-refundable. For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team by using Report Issues in the app.

Can I share my Pass?

Passes are just for you. Passes cannot be shared or used to start rides for other riders.

What happens if I have a Pass but have a negative balance?

If you owe money for a ride, you will have a negative balance on your account. This can happen when you pay-per-ride without a Pass, or when you ride more than the set number of minutes included with your Pass. To ride again, pay off your balance. For any questions or concerns regarding your negative balance, please contact our customer service team by using Report Issues in the app.

Additional terms for Passes

Passes may not be shared or used to activate rides for other riders. Passes may only be used on your account and device used to purchase the Pass. 

You may only have one Pass active on your account at a time. Passes cannot be used together with other promotional offers or discounts.

Passes may not be used for commercial purposes (for example, delivery services).

Your Pass can be used only within the city/service area where it was originally purchased.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a Pass at any time, with or without notice, for abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior or any violation of our Terms and Conditions, or these additional terms for Passes. Any such violation may result in forfeiting the remainder of the Pass.

We may discontinue the availability of Passes, or a type of Pass, at any time at our sole discretion. We may modify the pricing or other terms of our Passes at any time.

If you owe money for a ride, you will have a negative balance on your account. This can happen when you pay-per-ride without a Pass, or when you ride more than the set number of minutes included with your Pass. You may not take additional rides, even using an active Pass, until you have paid any amounts due and have a valid payment method on your account. 

If your payment method is declined or fails, we will attempt to collect any outstanding fees due from your payment method and will prompt you for a new payment method.
