Giveaways

By taking part in any giveaway/contest we offer, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and conditions:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is no requirement to purchase, order or pay any fees in order to participate.

2. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

3. For some giveaways/contests, the rules may specify that you reside in the United States.

4. For each giveaway/contest, there will be specific rules in order to complete one or more entries. You must follow these rules to submit valid entries to the giveaway/contest.

5. Entries are only valid prior to the end date for each giveaway/contest.

6. You may not exchange any award or prize for cash or other property and are responsible for any tax obligations which may arise from winning the award or prize.

7. Prizes involving our scooter services may be of little or no value to you if you do not live near a city where we offer scooter services. To ride our scooters, you must consent to our Terms & Conditions for the scooter service in the country where you are riding our scooters. Prizes are not transferable.

8. Superpedestrian, Inc. is organizing this giveaway/contest and has the right to exclude or remove any participant or entry from the competition without notice if Superpedestrian deems the entry to violate rules, be illegal or offensive, or violate any terms of Instagram or its affiliates.

9. The giveaways/contests are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or any of its affiliates. You agree that Instagram and its affiliates, employees and owners have no liability to you in connection with any giveaway/contest.

10. You consent to our processing any personal data that you provide to us voluntarily in connection with any giveaway/contest, subject to our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent by notifying us at legal@superpedestrian.com.
